Customize Your Tournament with Your Brand Colors and Logo
A tournament page that looks like your club — not like generic software — makes a difference. Participants take it more seriously, sponsors see their investment reflected, and the whole event feels more professional. Score7 lets you customize the visual identity of your tournament with your own logo, brand color, and contact details.
Custom brand color
In Advanced Settings, open the Brand Color picker and choose any color. That color replaces Score7's default green across the entire tournament page — brackets, standings highlights, buttons, and accents all shift to your palette. The system generates light and dark shades automatically so everything stays readable.
Want to go back? There's a reset button to restore the default.
Your brand color also carries over to PDF exports. When you export matches, standings, or stats as PDF, the document header uses your chosen color. Hand someone a printed standings sheet and it looks like it came from your organization, not from a third-party tool.
Custom brand color is a Premium feature.
Tournament logo
Click the logo area next to your tournament name (it's at the top of every tournament page) and upload your image. Score7 accepts all common formats, including Apple HEIC photos straight from an iPhone.
Your logo appears in the tournament header, in the sidebar, and in shared or embedded views. It's the first thing visitors see when they open the link.
Logos are free on all plans — no Premium subscription needed.
Custom URL
By default, your tournament gets an auto-generated URL. With Premium, you can set a custom one — something like score7.io/tournaments/spring-cup-2026 instead of a random string. Keep it between 5 and 35 characters.
This is especially useful when printing the URL on posters, flyers, or social media posts. A readable URL builds trust and looks professional.
Contact information
On your tournament's Overview page, add organizer contact details so participants and visitors can reach you. Score7 supports:
- Phone, email, and website
- Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, Twitch
- Telegram, WhatsApp
Social handles (like @yourclub) are automatically converted to the correct platform links. Visitors see a "Get in contact with the organizer" section with clickable links.
How it all comes together
Picture this: you're running a local football league. Your tournament page uses your club's green-and-gold color. Your crest is in the top-left corner. The URL is score7.io/tournaments/greenfield-fc-league. Participants open the link and it feels like your club's website — not a generic bracket tool.
You print a standings PDF for the clubhouse notice board, and the header matches your brand. You share the QR code on Instagram, and when people scan it, they land on a page that looks like yours.
That's the goal: your tournament, your identity.
