Free vs Premium: What’s the Difference?​

Score7 is built to be accessible to everyone—whether you’re running a one-time tournament or managing a recurring league. The Starter plan includes all the core tools to run a great event. Premium unlocks advanced features designed for power users, larger tournaments, and professional use.

What Does "Active" Mean?​

A tournament becomes active when a result is added, edited, or deleted. Once active, it stays active for 30 days from that action. After 30 days with no result changes, it becomes inactive and no longer counts toward your plan limit.

Changes to settings, scheduling, or participants do not make a tournament active — only result changes do.

What’s Included in the Starter Plan​

  • Create and manage 1 active tournament at a time
  • Use all core formats: knockout, double elimination, round-robin, Swiss, cup & consolation, and multistage
  • Access to:
    • Participants and team management
    • Match results and standings
    • Player stats (football, basketball, rugby, volleyball)

Starter plan users can run fully functional tournaments — without ads, paywalls, or forced logins.

What You Unlock with Premium​

  • Essentials Plan: Up to 3 active tournaments at a time
  • Pro Plan: Up to 10 active tournaments at a time
  • Unlimited Plan: Unlimited active tournaments

Premium includes all free features, plus:

  • Advanced scheduling tools:
    • Auto-scheduler for dates, times, locations, and referees
    • Rest time and venue conflict management
  • Import/export via CSV for participants and fixtures
  • Edit pairings — change match pairings and swap home/away in both round-robin and knockout
  • Add/delete rounds in round-robin stages
  • Knockout legs — set home and away legs per round (0–10 legs)
  • Bracket naming — rename knockout brackets
  • Multi-admin access (add editors and co-organizers)
  • Ownership transfer — hand over tournament ownership to another user
