Managing Your Score7 Account
Your Score7 account gives you access to saved tournaments, premium features, and your personal settings. You can manage email preferences, update your login details, and control your subscription from the My Account menu.
Accessing Account Settings
- Make sure you’re signed in
- Click your profile icon or email address in the top-right corner
- Choose My Account from the dropdown
From here, you can access:
- Email preferences
- Password reset
- Account deletion
- Linked tournaments
Email Preferences
Choose whether you want to receive product updates or promotional messages:
- Opt-in or out at any time
- Score7 will never spam or share your email
Resetting Your Password
If you signed up with email and password:
- Go to My Account > Reset Password
- You’ll receive a link by email
- Follow the instructions to set a new password
If you signed in using Google, Facebook, or another identity provider, your login is managed through that service.
Deleting Your Account
To permanently delete your Score7 account:
- Go to My Account
- Click Delete Account
- Confirm your choice
This will:
- Erase your user account
- Permanently delete all tournaments associated with it
Note: Deleted tournaments cannot be recovered after a short retention window.
Subscription Access
To manage your premium subscription:
- Go to Subscription in the top-right menu
- From there, you can:
- View your plan and next billing date
- Cancel or update your subscription
- Download invoices
