Changing Colors, Logos, and Tournament Branding

Customizing the Look of Your Tournament

Score7 allows you to personalize your tournament with logos, colors, and a custom URL. Whether you're running a school event, a weekend league, or an esports competition, clean branding helps your tournament look professional and easier to recognize.

  1. Go to your tournament
  2. In the top bar of the Overview page, click the logo placeholder (or existing logo)
  3. Upload your tournament logo image
  4. It will be displayed publicly on your tournament page

Supported formats: JPG, PNG (square or landscape recommended)

Upload Team and Player Logos

  • Navigate to the Teams (or Participants) page
  • Click Update Teams
  • Click the logo icon next to each participant to upload a logo or avatar

If teams are enabled and you want to add player photos:

  • Click Update Players under a team
  • Upload avatars for individual players

Logos are also preserved when importing/exporting via CSV.

Change the Primary Color

To adjust your tournament’s color theme:

  1. Go to the Advanced section in the left-hand menu
  2. Find the Primary Color setting
  3. Pick a color using the visual selector or paste a hex code

This affects accent elements and makes the tournament feel more aligned with your event or organization’s brand.

Customize the Tournament URL

In the same Advanced section:

  • Edit the Custom URL field to give your tournament a cleaner link Example: score7.io/tournaments/my-summer-league

This is useful for sharing in messages, on social media, or in printed QR codes.

Note: Custom URLs are only guaranteed to be unique within your account. Choose something memorable.

Themes and Dark Mode

Score7 supports both light and dark themes automatically:

  • Visitors will see your tournament in light or dark mode depending on their device/browser preference
  • When embedding a tournament, you can override this setting manually

Sharing Tips

Once your branding is set:

  • Use the Share button at the bottom of the left menu to:
    • Copy your tournament link
    • Display or print a QR code
    • Share directly to social platforms

This makes it easy to spread the word about your event.
