How to Cancel or Change Your Subscription

Managing Your Score7 Subscription

If you’ve upgraded to Score7 Premium, you can manage your subscription directly through your account. This includes canceling, changing plans, or updating your billing information.

All subscriptions are handled securely through Stripe.

How to Access Subscription Settings

  1. Sign in to your Score7 account
  2. Click your profile icon (top-right corner)
  3. Select Subscription from the dropdown

This will take you to the Subscription panel, where you can:

  • View your current plan
  • See your next billing date
  • Access Stripe’s billing portal for detailed management

Canceling Your Subscription

  1. Click Open Billing Portal from the Subscription panel
  2. In Stripe, click Cancel Plan
  3. Your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period
  4. You won’t be charged again unless you reactivate

You can continue using Premium features until the current term ends.

Updating Your Payment Method

  1. From the same billing portal, click Update Payment Method
  2. Enter your new card details
  3. Save changes—your next renewal will use the updated card

Invoices and receipts are downloadable directly from this portal.

What Happens After Cancellation?

  • You keep access to Premium features until the billing period ends
  • Your tournaments remain intact
  • If you exceed the free plan limits later, some actions (e.g., creating new tournaments) may be restricted

Refunds

Accidental renewals — cancel now and get a full refund

If your subscription renewed and you didn’t mean for it to, you can undo it yourself — no need to contact support. When you qualify, a Cancel Now and Get a Full Refund button appears in your Subscription panel. Using it cancels your subscription right away, ends Premium immediately, and refunds your most recent charge in full.

This option shows up when all of these are true:

  • You’re on an active Premium subscription that isn’t already set to cancel
  • The charge is a renewal — it covers renewals, not the very first payment when you originally upgraded
  • It’s been less than 48 hours since that renewal charge
  • You haven’t used Premium since the charge — no tournament of yours has had a match result added, edited, or deleted since you were billed

If any of these isn’t met, the refund button won’t appear.

Anything else

For any other situation — a genuine error or something unusual — contact support and we’ll handle it fairly.
