How to Customize Display Columns in Standings

Customizing Standings Table Columns

Every sport and tournament is different. Some need draws, some don’t. Some care about goal difference, others just wins. Score7 gives you full control over which columns appear in your standings table and in what order.

This allows you to simplify the view for casual competitions or tailor it for professional formats.

How to Edit Display Columns

  1. Go to the Standing section in your tournament
  2. Click Update Display Columns
  3. Use the drag-and-drop panel to:
    • Reorder columns to match your preferred layout
    • Show or hide columns using visibility toggles

All changes are saved instantly and reflected in the public view.

Available Columns

You can show or hide any of the following:

  • Matches Played
  • Wins
  • Draws
  • Losses
  • Points
  • Score For
  • Score Against
  • Score Difference
  • Winning Percentage
  • Bonus/Penalty Points

Use only what matters for your sport or audience.

Examples

  • Tennis or Basketball: Hide the Draw column (matches never end in a draw)
  • Simplified Public View: Show only Points and Wins
  • Detailed League View: Display all available metrics

You can adjust the layout anytime—even during the tournament—without losing data.

Combined with Ranking Criteria

Display columns are purely visual. They don’t change how teams are ranked.

To change how rankings are calculated, use Update Standing Criteria instead.
