How to Add Organizer Contact Information
Adding organizer contact info
You can display your contact information on the tournament's public Overview page. This lets participants, referees, and spectators reach you directly with questions about the event.
How to add contacts
- Go to the Overview page of your tournament
- Find the Contacts section (under tournament details)
- Click to edit and add your preferred contact methods
Supported contact methods

For social media platforms, if you enter a @handle, Score7 automatically converts it to the correct platform URL.
What participants see
Visitors see a "Get in contact with the organizer" section on the tournament's Overview page, with clickable links for each contact method you've added. Only the methods you fill in are displayed — empty fields are hidden.
Why add contact info
- Participant questions — schedule changes, venue directions, registration issues
- Referee coordination — last-minute updates or availability changes
- Credibility — a tournament with visible organizer contact feels more professional and trustworthy
